A little bit about me…
My experience, successes, and passion for helping clients train their brains and change their lives will keep you encouraged through your process.
At McMaster University I completed a B.Sc. in Psychology and at Norwich University an M.A. in Counselling Psychology and have worked in private practice since 2001. Since having personally experienced the benefits of Neurofeedback, I pursued didactic training, mentoring, neuroscience courses, plus Neurofeedback workshops and conferences and have completed the requirements for Board certification in Neurofeedback - BCN. I am also Registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario - R.P.
Years of education, training, experience, and personal growth in existential, humanistic, transpersonal, and cognitive/behavioural traditions inform my work.
